ULTRA HIGH PRESSURE RETROFIT SYSTEMS FOR GREATER EFFICIENCY

Our Ultra High Pressure (UHPS) systems guarantee the greatest efficiency in attacking fire as, with minimal quantities of water, they are able to extinguish and protect a very large surface.

The RETROFIT version, identical to the standard version, with the only difference that the hose reel is supplied separately from the main motor pump. This allows the application of the system in small spaces for adaptation to pre-produced vehicles or on vehicles with limited spaces.

The pressures of 100 or 150 bar guarantee very high nebulisation, thus allowing the surfaces to be switched off and cooled at the same time.

The standard setups are:

  • UHPS 42/100 – Flow rate 42 litres/minute @ 100 bar
  • UHPS 38/150 – Flow rate 38 liters / minute @ 150 bar
    Both made with Briggs & Stratton, Rato, Yamaha or Honda petrol engines.

We create customized setups on request up to 200 bar.

UHPS FEATURES

Ultra High Pressure systems offer the following advantages:

  • Excellent use of water and extinguishing agents: with the UHPS system very few quantities of water, and consequently of extinguishing agents, are used to obtain maximum results thanks to the perfect nebulisation obtained thanks to our FIREBLOCK lance, specially designed for this use.
  • The high speed of the water delivered allows the combination of air, creating a VENTURI effect, which helps to extinguish the fire and cool the sprayed surfaces.
  • Our UHPS systems all have automatic acceleration which guarantees easy and quick use with a single operator. Furthermore, automatic acceleration allows for significant fuel savings as the engine only works at maximum during actual intervention and is a safeguard for the environment, burning less fuel.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

UHPS systems, due to their limited size and weight, which can therefore be transported by highly maneuverable pick up vehicles, are ideal for:

  • Application in the forestry sector: suitable for forest fire finishing work
  • Immediate attack in the case of road accidents
  • Fire rescue in small villages or narrow streets in historic centres.

ADVANTAGES OF UHPS SYSTEMS

  • Water range of 15 meters (full jet)
  • 95 meters of active radius (80 meters of hose reel + 15 meters of range) thanks to the pressure in the pump
  • Resistant hose reel (R1 SAE 100) but light and easy to transport, even full.
  • Excellent cooling effect with the atomized jet of the FIREBLOCK lance, which guarantees a water mist.
  • Integrated foam system that can be used without having to change lances
  • The system can be used by a single operator, as, once started, it does not require any operations on the system itself
