HYTRANS Hose Layer Containers

Hytrans Hose Layer Containers are available in a variety of sizes. Fully mobile, these units are specifically designed to carry a large quantity of hose and are constructed so that installation can be done at high speed.

Two sizes of Hose Layer Containers
The HoseLayerContainer (HLC) is available in two sizes, namely HLC5500 and HLC6500. Depending on size, they can hold up to 3000 meters (HLC5500) or 4000 meters (HLC6500) of 6″ hose. A center wall divides the compartment in two, allowing two hoses to be installed at once. Each compartment is equipped with patented hose locks and has a door that opens 270 degrees on the sides, allowing the hose to exit freely.

Easy to handle
Each container is equipped with a hook for easy handling. The HoseLayerContainer consists of standard-sized hose compartments with stainless steel sides and an aluminum floor. The compartments can be completely closed by double-hinged, fold-down aluminum top covers, which also function as a safety guardrail.

Convenient storage compartments
The front-mounted cabinet has lockable access doors on each side, providing storage compartments for associated hardware (portable water supply equipment – PWSE). By design, the upper compartments are suitable for installation of the HoseRecoveryUnit (HRU200), allowing hose recovery on the left or right side.
