HYDROSUB 1400

The HydroSub 1400 is a mobile pumping unit powered by a powerful marine diesel engine using a heat exchanger system that eliminates the need for a radiator and cooling fan unit. This results in lower operating noise levels and space savings within the container. However, the HydroSub 1400 is not available for countries where emissions regulations apply. It consists of three portable hydraulic submersible pumps and feeds the main booster pump that is permanently installed in the pump housing of the container. The unit is transported using a truck with a hook-arm lifting system. The hydraulic hose length of 60 metres provides access to almost any open water at a combined distance of up to 60 metres and/or 10-15 metres vertically.

Foam injection
An integrated Hytrans PowerFoam system (HS1400F) is available as an option, allowing pre-mixing of foam down to 1-3% or 6% at reduced capacity. Electronically controlled, hydraulically driven foam pump provides precision and continuous choice of roaming rate.
